Traveling South

We'll be heading south on Saturday. Unfortunately not for pleasure. Sam's mother died early this evening. An Alzheimer's patient, she'd been in the hospital with pneumonia for a few days.

Born December 2, 1913 - she made it to 95.

Her sweetheart of a husband died in 1996.

Once again, they are strolling along hand in hand.

Sherry, I am so sorry. It is hard losing a parent and with Alzheimer's as well. It is a terrible disease. Travel safely, my prayers to you and your family.
